You are a worker at the Innovation Fair, and the year is 1991. You've been tasked with fixing up Sylvia Swan, a decaying swan robot who used to draw crowds of people... about 20 years ago. By now the world's moved on, but the owner isn't ready to let go of their company heritage yet.

Avoid the rogue attractions, and repair Sylvia, at all costs.

HOW DARE THAT RAT POP UP AT MY MOST VULNERABLE MOMENT

Great Atmosphere with how dark, gritty, and creepy it was. Movement had me feeling vulnerable to anything chasing me. However, BOTH were also very annoying as I couldn't see the boxes and had a hard time running and just getting frustrated. Great Horror Game overall.

#1 spot for judges choice. Awesome sauce

nice game

eerie and peculiar, the movement mechanics of this game force anxiety into the players every step- though simple, filled with fun characters and amazing setting + world building. If you enjoy animatronic horror, don't miss this gem!

I play your game and leave feedback in the video below. You can also vote for your game to advance in our channels competition for best indie horror game of May here (shortened): https://shorturl.at/9qvPZ

I'll be 3D printing a scene or monster from the winning game to gift to the game developer. You can see our winner from January's print here (Im a little behind on prints but getting there!): https://shorturl.at/ZMUVB

I think the only monster whose mechanic I didn't quite understand was the Rat, but I still had so much fun!!

I would fix Sylvia the Singing Swan and hug her

What's the song she's sinning? I can't make out the words, but I could swear I've heard that tune before.

weird

"Today I played 2 games. they were pretty bad, and i dont feel like linking them so youll see some slashes in the play here! section. sry"

Alright man, this game was made in a week for a game jam, where the entire point is making a game under heavy time crunch. And for the record it didn't restart you by the way, if you had just hit enter again it would literally skip the entire intro. I'm kind of appalled by this video, you died to the enemy within literal seconds of it spawning in and gave up. Keep up that grind I guess man.

yea, im sry for calling ur game bad, it was just that i was having a bad day that day, cause of my laptop constantly lagging, and i didnt feel like playing it over again lol. i also had another game lined up for the vid too, as my time was also limited, so yea. Also, i usually have a description, and title ready before i upload the video, and i recorded this like 2 weeks ago. But anyways, i hope you do well on your game dev career if u do want to make video games for a living! and im sincerly sorry for ruining ur day and disapointing you. good luck to you too!

alr, i put ur game and the other game on the description now! i just didnt have time at the time bfore. the description will stay the same tho.

Actually an amazing horror game, short and sweet, super creepy and great mechanics to make it even scarier! A very pleasant surprise and I hope you keep making games!

Very interesting gameplay adding a layer of difficulty helping the horror experience. Evidentially left me quaking in my boots. Gameplay starts at 25:29

no fault of the game but i can't??? seem to get it running??? at all??

Very interesting horror game. Love the visuals.

Wasn't expecting much ngl but I really enjoyed this game and the characters, even if I wasn't exactly sure how the rat worked

Please make Chromebook support cus I cant turn on flash light and I am dying

I am confused on how to play this gam

absolute cinema

Any chance you could make this a downloadable game? It is not rendering well for online play, im experiencing an amount of lag that makes the game unplayable.

Turn on Hardware Acceleration in your browser? Idk if it's called that on ALL browsers but usually it should work.

that worked super well thank you!

casually dropped peak for a game jam

In what engine did you make this?

(+3)

Unreal Engine 4 (with HTML support, same stuff used for HI-09!)

absolute cinema :3

I wish Swans were real

Wow. Just wow. If this doesn't win the jam I don't know what will

i STILL don't understand what it meant by inspecting the barrels.

Holy crap dude, playing this in the dark might be the best mistake I’ve ever made. Squeaks absolutely KILLS IT once again with the ambience, even for such a bite-sized experience (can’t even describe how much I hate that stupid rabbit’s cymbals). The movement is a bit of a steep learning curve, but DEFINITELY pays off well at the end of the game. Suffice it to say, I’d highly recommend playing this game for anyone lurking in the reviews for a genuine opinion, 9/10.

i have a friend named sylvia :)

VERY GOOD GAME!!!
the premise is very interesting and I loved the atmosphere!!
the chasing done very well and the sounds of the attractions approaching really added a lot!

Very good game!! well done!

Interesting game. The controls can be a bit messy, but they did make the ending very intense xD

IT CANNOT BE THAT FUNNY BRO

game is so good i thought you just took some random game you know and uploaded it as your own. Absolutely amazing work!

(+2)

Thank you!! Don't worry, the work is authentically my own! You can see the video linked on the page to see my process!

(+2)

this is really good!! its so cool seeing your style in a different setting like this! i haven't beat the game yet, but so far i think my favorite part is the movement, its reallyyy anxiety inducing lol.

i liked this it was unique how you used the mouse to move and i'm ngl but for some reason when sylvia sang her song i was thinking i was watching a david lynch film for a second

and oh btw i don't recommend playing this with a touchpad the very fact i was able to beat this with a touchpad is astonishing even to me

i rate this game 7/10

creepy

(+1)

I didn't see the barrel enemies at all, but the end section was actually very tense lmao. Great job as always
