Loved this game. I now have the need to know more about this. The scenes we so bizarre I depressed in the middle of my gameplay xdd. Hope you enjoy it, is in spanish! :D
This game was really cool! Haven't had this much fun playing a horror game in some time. I do have a question though, does anyone know the song that plays around the 6:40 mark in this video?
Bucky the Beaver looks as though he has committed several forms of tax fraud, and has ingested psychedelic drugs of unknown origin. I don't even think Dr. Phil himself can save this deranged mud rat.
Hi I really want to play your game but when I try to download it for some reason it says "this title is hosted on an incompatible third party website" & I'm not sure what to do.. I am on Windows btw.
Yeah, I just tried to download it with the Itch launcher and the same thing happened to me. You have to go to this store page in your actual browser, and then press the Download button, and itch will redirect you to the Google Drive page where you can download it.
Well, I was gonna just watch Manlybadasshero's playthough of this but I thought the game seemed like it would be worthy to experience on my own and it very much is.
The secrets were well hidden and I felt smart when I found things and the way to the true ending.
The tension was pretty high on the genocide/failure route, so much so I started to chat with characters in the game, while I waited for inevitable failures.
But the real reason I left this comment was to tell you that I've called the Demon in the treasurer minigame The Uber Driver while I was chatting with the eyeless otter.
This was a trip and a vibe till the end, and I would differently recommend to anyone interested with lore heavy horror games or creepypastas.
SUPER scary! Only one problem though. It's not long enough and it doesn't feel like a pc port of a real n64 game. It's a problem a lot of n64 horror games face. But looking on the bright side, this is the most SCARY game of its kind.
We played this game for 4 hours to try to find all the secrets and endings... We managed to find three! I still feel like there's more to this game though... This game just left us speechless. It has an immersive and disturbing atmosphere to it the entire time, you never feel safe playing this game. The hidden lore makes this experience all the better. I'm a big fan of innocent looking game to straight up terrifying, and the n64 take on this was brilliant. I am so excited to see what you come up with next, because this is just absolutely amazing.
ofc i never played it but this is honsetly one of the most disturbing horror games i have ever seen, I LOVE IT the team did such a amazing job on it, im curious if a dlc for this game is coming out orrr maybe this game is just done now
This is just an all around amazing N64esque horror game on so many levels! It does not hold your hand, and you really have to dig down into the realm of possibilities and figure out how to achieve different scenarios and endings! I love everything about this game and I hope it blows up! Thank you for sharing! Below is my gameplay!
Honestly amazing job on the game and I am looking forward to further story, especially when the game feels like it is only pointing at what happened with the creation of the Starlings. Even the story of how the game came to be is an interesting layer to the narrative.
Loved the visuals, especially the ‘drown’ scene, that splice between 2d image and 3d model is haunting as if it’s breaking out of the game. I did try my best in the game, if anything was hidden I could not find it and I played for quite a while.
The only problem I have is I’m not sure where the meta ends, looking through the clips I can’t tell if I can find all in the game, or if I am meant to look through the game files for more story. Still I looked through all of them and really expanded on the story. It was surprising finding the rock clip, and your mocap test must have been fun making.
Shame I missed the game on release if it was not for ‘manlybadasshero’ playing the game I would never have found it, tucked away in adult content.
A game that I really enjoyed trying. It really manages to give a feeling of a 64 game (apart from the cutscenes) and a simpler and more objective gameplay. The horror of the game is also interesting but I felt I didn't get all the secrets. I would like some help to create even more videos about this amazing game.
The horror elements and how they're implemented is downright amazing. I don't think most horror games of this kind can really hold a candle to this. The cutscenes are genuinely some of the best I've ever seen. The only complaint I really have (and it's mostly a problem with me) is that I have an Auditory Processing disorder and the telephone recordings are played low and are processed, so this makes it almost impossible for me to understand what is being said. Is there a transcript of some kind I can look to? I really want to know what they're saying. This game really is amazing.
Not just you either. Had to watch a youtube video of someone playing the game instead just so I could get the automatic captions to understand what was being said. Kinda annoying considering there's subtitles in other parts of the game tbh.
Dev, any chance of an update adding subtitles to all parts of the game?
Yeah, I'm 100% down to add them. I'm so sorry about this, this was a huge oversight on my part, and I apologize for ruining the game experience. I'll add them next update
Thank you so much! Oversights happen, don't worry ^^ What matters is how you respond about it and your responses have been very positive! Super good game though, and it's fantastic that you'll add them in.
This game is horror done right! I can't give high enough praise of this game. Not only was it something that you can play that has a beginning and an end, BUT it does it in an appropriate for the times way.
Thank you for all the hard work you put into this game. I know that I won't be forgetting about it for a very long time.
Thank you so much!! This has been a year’s worth of work, I’m so happy to have finally pushed out a product. It’s people like you who make me wanna keep going :)

This game was really cool! Haven't had this much fun playing a horror game in some time. I do have a question though, does anyone know the song that plays around the 6:40 mark in this video?
Thank you so much I appreciate it! I look forward to seeing what future projects you have in store! :D
Bucky the Beaver is an absolute alpha Chad and I refuse to change my mind.
This game was really fun and reminded me of old school platformers. Nice creepy undertones. Loved it!
Cool game here's a speedrun

This game was Incredible! I can't wait to see what other stuff you create in the future!
i pissed my pants, played this at 2 am
This game was nuts! the cgi scenes were so well done they really dropped my jaw. so intense.

I had played the game so perfectly that I basically missed every single spooky thing in my first playthrough, lmao. Then experimented.
why is there a bunny or smthing hidden like everywhere in the game just out of normal view
like behind walls, underneath water, etc
ofc i never played it but this is honsetly one of the most disturbing horror games i have ever seen, I LOVE IT the team did such a amazing job on it, im curious if a dlc for this game is coming out orrr maybe this game is just done now
Great game. Love the plot and cgis.
If the wolf supposed to dissapear and softlock the game if you fail his mini-game until you get a cutscene or is that a bug?

Oh, I am so sorry, we totally failed to account for this.
I'm new to itch, is there any way I can "Spoiler Tag" the transcript?

Thank you so much for taking this into consideration!!!!
I don't know if there are spoiler tags, but I have seen other Devs put it into the title of the file.

You can ABSOLUTELY tell how much work you put into it. Here it is almost 3 days later and I'm still thinking about it.
One of the scenes that keeps rolling around in my mind is the super liminal white poolroom. Was Anemoiapolis your inspiration for those scenes?
I know it's semi obscure, but your room had that same feeling of both not being 'right' and depressingly empty, but also something was watching you.
I may be wrong, but I think I heard a little tune in there first used by a Youtuber named Jordan Go To Sleep in a video named This is My House. Cool!
